Securebook Pvt. Ltd. – urKredit Mobile Application

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our urKredit mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the application immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old,
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement,
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information,
  • Keep login credentials confidential,
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account,
  • Update your information if it changes.

We are not liable for unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:

  • Providing false or fraudulent data,
  • Accessing other users’ accounts,
  • Reverse-engineering or modifying the app,
  • Using the app for unlawful activities,
  • Introducing malware or harmful code.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

4. Credit Records & Transactions

You acknowledge that:

  • Entries are created by users (merchants or customers),
  • The app does not verify accuracy of entries,
  • Disputes must be resolved between involved parties,
  • The app facilitates recording, reminders, and payments (where available).

5. Payments & Settlements

If payments are made using UPI, cards, or payment gateways:

  • We do not store card or UPI details,
  • Bank or payment provider delays/failures are not our responsibility,
  • Refunds must be processed by the merchant or service provider.

6. Data Privacy & Security

Your data is protected using industry-standard security measures. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on data collection, usage, and protection.

We are not responsible for losses due to:

  • Device compromise,
  • Unsecured internet connection,
  • Loss of mobile phone or password misuse.

7. Communication & Notifications

By using the app, you consent to receive:

  • OTPs and verification messages,
  • Payment reminders and alerts,
  • App updates and service notifications.

You may disable notifications, but some features may not function correctly.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate third-party services, such as:

  • Payment gateways,
  • Aadhaar verification APIs,
  • Utility payment providers.

We are not responsible for their terms, performance, or downtime.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, software, and content belong to Securebook Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Securebook is not liable for losses arising from incorrect entries, disputes, technical issues, business losses, or delays beyond our control. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activities. You may stop using the app at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of your respective State/City.
